Five-Minute Math Privacy Policy
Scope and contact
Effective date: October 2, 2026. Techanced Marketing LLC operates Five-Minute Math. This policy covers our worksheet website and its connected ChatGPT tools. Contact us about privacy through me@techancedmarketing.com. OpenAI’s own services are also covered by OpenAI’s privacy policy at https://openai.com/policies/privacy-policy/.
Worksheet settings and results
The website builder creates worksheets and PDFs in your browser. When you use our connected tools, our worksheet service, hosted by OpenAI, receives settings such as grade level, topics, difficulty, problem count, page order, and a numeric seed. It generates questions, answers, links, and any requested PDF attachments. The public connection hosted by Cloudflare passes these settings to the worksheet service and returns the results to ChatGPT or the compatible app you are using. Please do not include names, scores tied to a person, or other personal information in worksheet requests.
Connection information
The original private Sites connection uses OpenAI-managed sign-in and checks a Site-specific user ID. Authenticated requests may also include an email address or display name; our worksheet code does not use those details. The public connection through Cloudflare requires no separate service login and does not use that Site user ID. It does not forward sign-in cookies or authorization headers to the worksheet service.
PDF and sharing links
Server-generated PDF links contain worksheet settings and a numeric seed. Opening a PDF link sends those settings to the hosting service so the document can be generated. Browser packet links contain the full questions, answers, and page settings in the part of the URL after #packet=. That fragment is not part of the browser’s normal HTTP request to the server, but anyone or any service receiving the complete link can read or reopen the packet, including its answer key. These links are not private storage or secure tests.
Storage, logs, and retention
The application generates results in memory and does not keep student records, a packet archive, or a separate account database. Its code does not add advertising trackers, custom analytics, or worksheet-request logs, and does not use browser local or session storage.
OpenAI and Cloudflare also process technical request and usage information to operate and protect their services. This may include network addresses, traffic information, and error records. Platform logging and retention depend on the services and settings in use and the applicable terms. PDFs and saved links remain wherever you or their recipients save them. ChatGPT conversations and account records follow OpenAI's own settings and policies.
Support messages
If you contact us, we receive the contact information and message you send and use them to respond and investigate the issue. Our email service processes the correspondence to deliver and store it. Please do not include information about children. Support correspondence is kept as needed to address the request, maintain a record of its resolution, and meet applicable legal obligations. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion; we will review the request and any information that must be retained under applicable law.
Who receives information
OpenAI hosts our worksheet service and provides ChatGPT. Cloudflare hosts the public connection and processes the worksheet settings and results passing through it. Their service providers may also process information to operate these services. Our email provider processes support correspondence. People and services you share a PDF or full packet link with can read its contents, including answers.

Your choices
Do not enter student names, grades or scores tied to an individual, or other personal information in worksheet requests. You can stop using the app and manage its connection through your ChatGPT settings. You can remove copies of PDFs and links under your control, but disconnecting does not recall files or links already shared. For questions or requests about information we hold, contact the support channel above. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law, including coordinating with our hosting provider where appropriate. We cannot recall copies held by recipients you shared with. Requests about your ChatGPT account or conversations should also be made through OpenAI’s privacy controls.
Children
This service is intended for adult parents, teachers, and tutors to prepare learning materials. It is not a child-account service and does not offer student profiles, answer submissions, grading, or progress tracking. Please do not send us personal information about a child. If you believe such information has been sent to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service or its data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
