FIVE-MINUTE MATH

Five-Minute Math Terms of Use

About these terms

Effective date: October 2, 2026. These terms apply to Five-Minute Math, operated by Techanced Marketing LLC. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. Questions can be sent through me@techancedmarketing.com.

Who the service is for

Five-Minute Math is intended for adult parents, teachers, and tutors preparing practice materials. Adults can give printed or downloaded worksheets to learners. Do not create or submit child profiles, student records, or personal information about children through the app.

Free service and broad worksheet reuse

There is no Five-Minute Math subscription or per-worksheet charge. You may generate packets repeatedly within the service’s technical limits. Access to ChatGPT or other third-party services is subject to their own terms and any charges they impose.

To the extent Techanced Marketing LLC owns rights in generated worksheets, answer keys, diagrams, and other packet content, we grant everyone a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual permission to download, print, copy, edit, adapt, combine, publish, redistribute, and use that content for any lawful purpose, including commercial use. You do not need to ask permission or pay us, and attribution is optional. You may share original or edited copies. This permission does not depend on continued use of our hosted service and will not be withdrawn for copies already generated. It does not grant rights in third-party material you add or a right to imply our endorsement.

Download the worksheet reuse permission.

Open-source software and third-party licenses

The original Five-Minute Math software and its accompanying original documentation are available under the MIT License. You may use, copy, modify, publish, redistribute, sublicense, and sell copies under that license, including its notice requirement. Get the editable source archive and build instructions. Third-party components retain their own licenses and notices, listed in Credits and licenses. These website terms do not narrow the rights granted by the software license or the worksheet reuse permission.

No license to our trade names or branding is granted to imply affiliation or endorsement. This does not prevent ordinary attribution or retention of required notices.

Review before use

The materials are for practice. They are not a complete curriculum, formal assessment, diagnosis, or promise of educational results. Check questions, diagrams, answers, and difficulty before using them with a learner. Report errors through Support.

Sharing and saved copies

Packet links include answers and are not secure quizzes. Anyone with a complete packet link can access its answer key. Share only what you intend others to receive. Keep a downloaded copy of important materials; ongoing access to a link or the service is not guaranteed.

Responsible use

Use the service lawfully. Do not attempt to defeat access controls, disrupt the service, or submit personal or sensitive information that the worksheet tools do not need.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue the hosted service or parts of it. Technical limits may apply. We do not promise continued hosting, support, preservation of links, or compatibility with other services. Keep downloaded copies of materials you want to retain. Changes to hosting do not revoke rights already granted under the MIT License or the worksheet reuse permission.

No warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the hosted service and generated materials are provided as is and as available. We make no express or implied warranty of accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, security, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. Questions, diagrams, answers, and grade or difficulty mappings may contain errors. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error correction, or any particular educational outcome.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Techanced Marketing LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of, reliance on, or inability to use the hosted service or generated materials, including lost profits, lost data, or interrupted work. This applies whether a claim is based on contract, negligence, or another legal theory, even if the possibility of the loss was known.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability to the extent it cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights. Where a limitation is not allowed, it applies only to the extent allowed by law. The MIT License contains the separate warranty and liability provisions applicable to the software.

Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy explains the application’s data practices. ChatGPT and the hosting platform are provided by OpenAI under their applicable terms and policies. Five-Minute Math is independently operated by Techanced Marketing LLC and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI. The hosted service uses OpenAI’s ChatGPT Sites platform; ChatGPT is an optional way to access its tools.

Updates to these terms

We may revise these terms and publish the revised version with a new effective date. Review the current terms when using the service. Changes do not retroactively revoke the MIT License or the reuse permission for materials already received.
